GMIT (Global Media & IT) is hosting Pan Pacific Film Festival

Media and IT (Information Technology) are the most powerful tools for the mission in the 21st century. The Bible tells us “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1). We believe that this is the time to use the tools of mass media and technology available to us to effectively spread the word of God and his message of love and peace. In particular, the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and his other acts of love can be portrayed through powerful media images that will help to convey the grace and power of God and in doing so draw many souls closer to Him. IT (Information Technology) is as powerful as the mass media in achieving the goals of the mission. Providing regular IT training sessions to the missionaries will enable them to interact and connect with people in new and innovative ways. In fact the Internet might be the only way to reach out to people and bring them closer to Jesus where missionaries have a hard time gaining access to them. GMIT continually explores various ways to use technology to further the cause of the mission.

GMIT was launched based on the above reasons, and these missions have been carried out successfully and will be developed further to enable GMIT to become one of the leading missionary organizations of the 21st century.
